ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING METHODS: Most Osprey orders ship free via FedEx Ground and are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders with expedited shipping typically require 1–2 business days for processing. Please note that shipping and processing times may be longer during peak periods, such as the holiday season.
Orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, as well as non‑contiguous U.S. states and territories, are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Because USPS Ground Advantage may involve overseas or extended transit, delivery times for these orders may be longer than standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping is not available for these destinations.
Osprey does not ship on non‑business days, including weekends and observed holidays.

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the time of day your order is placed, processing may take up to 3 business days during normal business hours. Shipping timelines may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information for all shipping methods. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website while the package is transferred to their facilities. If you don’t see tracking information right away, we recommend checking again the next business day. Please also check your spam or junk folder and consider adding Osprey to your safe sender list to avoid missed notifications! We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. What are the average shipping times? After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

For example, if you can’t receive Fed Ex, but also have no PO Box, please contact customer service and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your delivery needs.
